No visitors are allowed beyond the total guest count provided at booking. • Music & Noise: • Outdoor music must remain at a reasonable volume and be turned off by 10 PM. • Indoor music is permitted after 10 PM as long as all windows and doors remain closed. • Only small portable Bluetooth speakers (12”x12” or smaller) are allowed—no party boxes, speakers on wheels, DJ equipment, etc. • Prohibited Activities: • Parties or similar events are strictly prohibited. You must be at least 25 years old to book a stay with us. Please note, we only allow groups of 16. This is in accordance with the local laws and regulations. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding. Outdoor music must played at a reasonable volume at all times, and must be turned off by 10pm. You are welcome to bring the music inside after 10pm as long as all of the doors and windows remain closed. Small portable bluetooth speakers only. Bluetooth speakers cannot be larger than 12 in x 12 in. No partyboxes, speakers on wheels, DJ equipment, etc. We are a marijuana-free home and property. We do not allow the use of marijuana inside the home OR outside the home. There is absolutely no smoking or vaping indoors. No weapons. No pets. No confetti or glitter anywhere in the home or on the property. No parties. No visitors that are not included in your total guest count. There are many places to park, but please do not park in the yard. We have a septic tank, sprinkler system and internet lines that will be damaged if you park in the grass. Prior to your stay, we require a list of guests that will be on the property.

Absolutely incredible experience. The house was huge yet warm and welcoming. The balconies were wide open with stunning views. The backyard gets full sun which is wonderful for tanning and soaking up the warm weather. I felt Audrey was extremely kind and helpful. She immediately replied if I had any questions regarding the house.
