Please follow all check in and check out instructions. Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. No smoking or vaping inside home. No parties. No pets. No weapons. Capacity is limited to six guests. Please respect your neighbors and keep the noise down after 10pm. Outdoor music must be played at a reasonable volume at all times. No large speakers allowed. Music must be off by 10pm. Please respect the neighbors. Absolutely NO PARTIES or events. Number of people on the property may not exceed eight total people at anytime. No unauthorized visitors. Prior to your stay, we require a list of guests that will be on the property. We are a marijuana-free home and property. We do not allow the use of marijuana inside the home OR outside the home. No confetti or glitter anywhere in the home or on the property.

I had a great experience at this Air B n B. The host was a great communicator and was very flexible with any changes I made. Everything was clean. The kitchen had everything I needed, plenty of everything. The upstairs suite was adorable, even had a pack n play if u have a baby. The living room couch was super comfy and the blanket was so soft. U can actually sleep on that couch comfortably not that u need to. I think the furnace was newer so for winter time I was nice and warm there. It’s only 1/2 mile from the Football Hall of Fame and CT Branin Natatorium where we had our high school state championship swim meet. The price was right too. I would definitely stay there again. Thank u so much!!
