Please note our extra guest policy: For over 6 guests there's a fee of $35 per person, per day, to account for added liability, wear, tear, and cleaning. The fee is applicable for the number over guests exceeding 6. We would allow up to 10 guests. We strictly prohibit the organization of parties or similar events at our property. This policy is integral to ensuring the comfort, security, and satisfaction of all our guests, as well as the maintenance and preservation of our property and the peace of the surrounding community. No pets. No weapons allowed. All outdoor music/noise must cease by 10pm.

Capacity is limited to six guests. Please respect your neighbors and keep the noise down after 10pm. Outdoor music must be played at a reasonable volume at all times. No large speakers allowed. Music must be off by 10pm. Please respect the neighbors. Absolutely NO PARTIES or events. Number of people on the property may not exceed eight total people at anytime. No unauthorized visitors. Prior to your stay, we require a list of guests that will be on the property. We are a marijuana-free home and property. We do not allow the use of marijuana inside the home OR outside the home. No confetti or glitter anywhere in the home or on the property.
