Please note our extra guest policy: For over 8 guests there's a fee of $35 per person, per day, to account for added liability, wear, tear, and cleaning. The fee is applicable for the number over guests exceeding 8. We would allow up to 12 guests. While the hot tub is an attractive amenity, it is an amenity that cannot be guaranteed 100% of time. Unexpected maintenance issues can occur. We strictly prohibit the organization of parties or similar events at our property. This policy is integral to ensuring the comfort, security, and satisfaction of all our guests, as well as the maintenance and preservation of our property and the peace of the surrounding community. No pets. No weapons allowed. All outdoor music/noise must cease by 10pm.

House rules

Must be at least 25 years to book. Please follow all check in and check out instructions which will be sent to you prior to your stay. No smoking inside the home. No indoor fires. Marijuana-free property No pets. No parties. Please respect your neighbors and keep the noise down after 10pm. All outdoor noise must cease by 10pm. Prior to your stay, we do require a list of the guests who be in home. Capacity is limited to six guests. No food, drinks, or smoking in the hot tub. Beads, glow sticks, orbits, or other small toys/items are not permitted in the hot tub. The hot tub is chemically treated and maintained between guests. To keep it clean during your stay, please add the directed amount of chlorine after each use. Although we perform regular maintence, we cannot guarantee that the hot tub will remain in perfect working condition at all times. During the rare times when a repair is needed, we do our best to make happen quickly as possible. If the hot tub is not working there will NOT be a refund.

Audrey’s place was perfect for our boys trip to the Hall of Fame. The house was clean and there was plenty of room. The boys especially loved the arcade games and the hot tub!
