For groups exceeding 6, there is an additional fee of $35 per person, per day. This fee helps cover added liability, wear and tear, and cleaning. The maximum occupancy is 10 guests. • Parties & Events: Parties or similar gatherings are strictly prohibited. We enjoyed our stay. It was short. Much cleaner than motels. Quiet. The only problem we had was we could not get the TV in the iving room to work. Iwe could get itbto turn on but couldn't get to any channel. Maybe we just did not know how to do it. We will use your facility again if we get the chance.

The house is quaint, safe, clean, and was a great, location for the HOF soccer fields. The beds were comfortable and very clean. Questions were answered quickly and she was very helpful. The five people ( 2 parents, three 18 year olds) were comfortable with the size of the house and rooms. There are two full bathrooms with showers, one upstairs, one downstairs in the basement. This was not a concern for us but for people with mobility issues using the downstairs bathroom might be a concern. Overall, we would definitely recommend to others and would stay there again.
