House rules

Must be at least 25 years to book. Please follow all check in and check out instructions which will be sent to you prior to your stay. No smoking inside the home. Marijuana-free property No pets. No parties. No weapons. Please respect your neighbors and keep the noise down after 10pm. Prior to your stay, we do require a list of the guests who be in home. No food, drinks, or smoking in the hot tub. Beads, glow sticks, orbits, or other small toys/items are not permitted in the hot tub. The hot tub is chemically treated and maintained between guests. To keep it clean during your stay, please add the directed amount of chlorine after each use. Although we perform regular maintence, we cannot guarantee that the hot tub will remain in perfect working condition at all times. During the rare times when a repair is needed, we do our best to make happen quickly as possible. If the hot tub is not working there will NOT be a refund.

This is a great place to stay with multiple adults, but with more than 3 couples, it would be awkward. one of the available beds is a single with a trundle, which would be great for kids, but is in the room with the French doors to outside. we didn't have any issues and loved the spaces, the ping pong table and the comfort of the furniture. if you want to be near the sports complex (soccer), this is the place. it was also near the bowling alleys for our state bowling tournament.

We really liked the location and will be staying here again. The house was very neat and had plenty of room, loved that it had a grill. Thanks for everything!
