Your trip not only promises relaxation but also supports the region's comeback after Hurricane Ian. Inside, our home boasts an open floor plan, perfect for hosting large groups. The kitchen, with its massive granite island and stainless appliances, is a chef's dream. With six bedrooms spread over three floors, everyone will find their own space to unwind. The living area is spacious and comfortable, with sliding doors that seamlessly blend indoor and outdoor living. The gourmet kitchen features a substantial granite island, perfect for gathering around, while the adjacent pantry and laundry room add convenience to your stay. On the second floor, you'll find three well-appointed bedrooms, each offering comfort and style. The third floor is a haven for kids and adults alike, with a playful kids' room and a luxurious master suite complete with a kitchenette and a massive balcony. Outside, the backyard is a private oasis, featuring an infinity pool, jetted spa, and a 300-foot pier with a boat lift. Enjoy breathtaking sunset views from the west-facing terraces or watch dolphins frolic in the river. Conveniently located near beaches, dining, and shopping, our home offers luxury and comfort for an unforgettable stay. Whether you're here for a family vacation or simply to relax and unwind, this gorgeous property has everything you need for a memorable experience. ***Note: Parties are not permitted. Marijuana and other recreational drugs are prohibited inside and outside our home. Excessive noise, drug use, and unapproved guests will warrant a call to the police. Outdoor music/noise must cease by 10pm Sunday-Thursday and 11pm Friday and Saturday. This location is conveniently located near beaches, dining and shopping. Here are the closest beaches: Cape Coral Yacht Club Beach - 11 minutes Ft. Myers Beach - 18 minutes Sanibel - 30 minutes *Information about the pier and boat lift: -The pier was newly constructed in summer of 2022 and is 300 feet long. -There is a 14,000 lb boat lift at the end of the pier that is able to accommodate v-hull boats up to 29 x 11 feet. -Pontoon boats can be docked adjacent to the lift. The dock is equipped with bumpers, cleats and a ladder. -Please let us know if you will be using the boat lift and we will provide instructions!

We kindly mention that we require guests to have at least one positive review to reserve a stay. We implement this policy to ensure the safety and respect of our home. The booking guests must also be at least 25 years old. Please note, we only allow groups of 16. This is in accordance with the local laws and regulations. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding. Outdoor music must played at a reasonable volume at all times, and must be turned off by 10pm. You are welcome to bring the music inside after 10pm as long as all of the doors and windows remain closed. No parties. No visitors that are not included in your total guest count. Violation of this rule WILL result in a call to the local authorities. Small portable bluetooth speakers only. Bluetooth speakers cannot be larger than 12 in x 12 in. No partyboxes, speakers on wheels, DJ equipment, etc. We are a marijuana-free home and property. We do not allow the use of marijuana inside the home OR outside the home. There is absolutely no smoking or vaping indoors. No pets. No weapons allowed. No confetti or glitter anywhere in the home or on the property. We strictly prohibit the organization of parties or similar events at our property. This policy is integral to ensuring the comfort, security, and satisfaction of all our guests, as well as the maintenance and preservation of our property and the peace of the surrounding community. *Please Note: The second floor shower in the master is unavailable for use until it can be repaired. There is second shower on the second floor that is operational.
