The primary booking guest must be at least 25 years old. • Group Size Limit: We accommodate a maximum of 16 guests in accordance with local laws and regulations. No visitors are allowed beyond the total guest count provided at booking. • Music & Noise: • Outdoor music must remain at a reasonable volume and be turned off by 10 PM. • Indoor music is permitted after 10 PM as long as all windows and doors remain closed. • Only small portable Bluetooth speakers (12”x12” or smaller) are allowed—no party boxes, speakers on wheels, DJ equipment, etc. • Prohibited Activities: • Parties or similar events are strictly prohibited. You must be at least 25 years old to book a stay with us. Please note, we only allow groups of 16. This is in accordance with the local laws and regulations. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding. Outdoor music must played at a reasonable volume at all times, and must be turned off by 10pm. You are welcome to bring the music inside after 10pm as long as all of the doors and windows remain closed. Small portable bluetooth speakers only. Bluetooth speakers cannot be larger than 12 in x 12 in. No partyboxes, speakers on wheels, DJ equipment, etc. We are a marijuana-free home and property. We do not allow the use of marijuana inside the home OR outside the home. There is absolutely no smoking or vaping indoors. No weapons. No pets. No confetti or glitter anywhere in the home or on the property. No parties. No visitors that are not included in your total guest count. There are many places to park, but please do not park in the yard. We have a septic tank, sprinkler system and internet lines that will be damaged if you park in the grass. Prior to your stay, we require a list of guests that will be on the property.

Incredible home! Check-in was smooth and easy, and we immediately felt at home. Audrey was very responsive and helpful to any questions we had throughout our entire stay. The house is even more beautiful than the photos capture. The master suite, pool and hot tub, and huge kitchen were the highlights for us! Days at the pool were so much fun, and controlling the spa settings was easy with the built in tablet. We had so much fun at the house, we barely left! We spent so much time in enjoying the putt-putt, large living-room TV, and built in hot tub! The neighborhood was peaceful and everyone was so friendly. We took daily walks and neighbors were quick to say hello and give us great recommendations. Every restaurant we wanted to go to was within a 10-minute distance, and Publix/CVS was less than a five minute drive. We absolutely loved staying here and will absolutely return if we ever get the chance to! Totally recommend this home and am so grateful to these kind and generous hosts.

Our family of 13 people spent a week at Audrey’s home in Fort Myers. The house was absolutely perfect for what our family needed. We especially loved the pool and hot tub, and private backyard. The bedrooms were set up perfectly for what we needed, and everyone had their own private space. If there was ever anything we needed Audrey was very quick to respond and was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone with a large family looking for a private getaway in Fort Myers area. We would definitely come back again.
