Our family had a wonderful experience staying at the Bluegrass Grand Estate. The house, game room and outdoor activities all exceeded our expectations. While the 10 guest limit is a downside, we thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would love to book again in the future.

The Glamper is cozy. We love the fenced in outside area. It’s all lit up at night, the hot tub and firepit are nice. We take our two small grandchildren. This was our second year in a row. I have a feeling we will be back next year . We also like going to the lake nearby to swim. We spend the day at the lake, and enjoy the evening at the Camper.

The camper was clean, spacious and comfortable. We really enjoyed sitting in the hot tub and hanging out on the patio. There was even a small amount of firewood left in the fire pit, so we were able to make a campfire at night (you may need to supply your own firewood, though). Either way, I highly recommend staying here for a nice, quiet weekend with the family. We were there for a wedding, which was held on the property, so the location was super convenient. N/A

Needed to refresh after a lot of travelling so we stayed three nights, everything was excellent, clean, warm, comfortable bed and pillows, hot water, fast internet. Excellent communication with the host, everything worked well. No where to walk along the road, narrow street and no walkways and too wet to walk through the grass. Good excuse to stay inside!

This property was phenomenal. It had everything that we wanted on our trip from the indoor pool, hot tub & theater room. Setting on the back porch in the morning having coffee with the sun coming up. We have no complaints.

Everything, wonderful place to be! Has everything you need and then some It’s not an issue but adding a cake pan and a bigger skillet/frying pan would make it even better than it already is.

The beachy theme through out the house. It was so cute and cozy I thought it was right on the lake. But it wasn't. Also I it was nicer out it was definatly just a short walk. It looked like anyways.

It was perfect! A cute little park also within walking distance. Very quiet area everyone is super friendly around and the house was so cozy I felt so at home! Very convenient also.

The house was beautiful! All the comforts of home. The keypad to get into the house was not working correctly. We were locked out one night, but luckily a first floor window was unlocked and my husband was able to crawl through the window. Also, through no fault of the property, there was a huge wind storm that knocked out power, so we were without power for the last half of our stay.

Roomy and bright-even in November! Nice kitchen, roomy master bedroom, plenty of space to relax. The master bedroom and the room with the bunkbeds were VERY cold, but the small room by the bathroom was too hot. Really nothing to be done as I'm sure it's due to the construction of the house (except maybe provide a couple of plug in heaters for those rooms). Staying in the summer would be bliss!
